We all have mental health. The question is: do you have mental health skills?

What's the point of a brilliant mind, if your brain isn't working properly?

For 30 years, Hintsa's science-based methodology has transformed lives and performance, in sports and business. The decline we see in our collective mental health troubles us.

We're committed to fostering a mentally healthy culture. Hence, we're offering complimentary access to universities committed to the cause, as that's the age group next to enter the workforce, and where the mental health epidemic is most alarming.

We want to keep this course accessible. That's why, dear reader, you can pick the price you pay for the course. We donate 50% of our proceeds to youth mental health.

Let's talk about it.
