For 30 years, Hintsa's science-based coaching has driven results in one of the most challenging sports. In the last decade, 96 % of F1 victories were claimed by Hintsa-supported drivers.

Formula 1 is a gruelling environment. 24 races, global travel, pressure to perform, dangers at high speeds. Peak mental and physical performance is a must. Crucially, it has to be sustained over a 10-month season.

A part of the winning formula is mastering the modes we inevitably cycle through: Surviving, Performing, and Thriving.
